Q: What EXACTLY comes in the mail packs?

A: It varies month to month and depends on the mail pack chosen, but each mailing will contain a personalized letter or card and fun, surprise goodies. It’s hard to say EXACTLY what each pack contains as they are customized for each recepient. That’s part of the fun!

Q: Will the mail pack be age and gender appropriate?

A: Yes! We try out best to make sure each pack is perfect for the child receiving it. Fun Mail Specialists use the information given upon ordering to personalize letters and hand pick goodies to go in each package.

Q: What if I want to change the type of mail pack the child receives?

A: You can change packs anytime – just order the new pack and notify us that it is an upgrade. Example: If the child currently gets a Letter Pack and you want to upgrade them to the Grab Pack, you order the Grab Pack from the website and notify us via the Contact form or by email and we’ll cancel the previous Letter Pack.

Q: Is there a long term commitment for a subscription to Kids Fun Mail?

A: Nope, you can get just 1 month or get continuous monthly deliveries. It’s your choice; subscriptions are billed month to month.

Q: How do I cancel?

A: As much as we hate to see kids stop getting mailings, we understand it does happen. When you want to cancel just send an email to kidsgetfunmail@gmail.com or use the Contact Us form to notify us and we’ll stop any future billing and mailings.
